Mass Spectrometry

Our Core Facility contains two mass spectrometers to characterize and identify proteins and other biological molecules.

  • A Bruker Reflex IV Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (MALDI-TOF-MS) with SCOUT sample loading device for high-throughput applications



  • A Bruker Esquire 3000 Plus Electrospray Ionization (ESI) ion trap mass spectrometer
